Assessment focus – Confident performance

Train as if it’s already your first day in the cockpit.
Airline-realistic scenarios in our Airbus A320 simulator — with industry-standard briefing/debriefing and coaching from instructors with line and A320 experience.

Why FlyBy for your assessment?

Airline mindset & CRM

We train the behaviour, communication, and decision-making that are assessed in a real airline assessment.

A320-profiling

Procedure flows, SOP thinking, and “think aloud” in a full-scale A320 environment.

Briefing → Flight → Debriefing.

The same rhythm as in the cockpit — with concrete, actionable feedback.

Flexible & tailored to you

The program is tailored to your airline, current level, and goals.

How it works

  1. Pre-brief (approx. 30–60 min) — goals, profile, expectations, checklists/flows
  2. Sim session — an assessment-style profile (silent cockpit) or a coached session depending on where you are in the process
  3. Debrief — review of decisions, CRM, communication, and the next steps in your plan

Goal: You shouldn’t just fly correctly — you should perform like the kind of colleague someone wants in the left seat.

Who is it for?

  • You’re heading into an assessment/screening/PC and want to maximise your chances.

  • You need to shift back into multi-crew and SOP thinking after a break, or ahead of a type rating/MCC.

  • You want to train structure, communication, and command presence — the things assessors look for.

What do the pilots say?

“Fantastic simulator! The training was exactly what I needed ahead of recurrent.”
— Daniel, A320 pilot
