Allmänt
FlyBy AB (org.nr 559047-1396), nedan kallat FlyBy, tillhandahåller flygsimulatorer för träning, utbildning och upplevelser. Privatpersoner och företag kan hos oss uppleva hur det är att flyga som pilot i en Airbus A320-simulator. Den som bokar eller köper en upplevelse benämns nedan som Kund.
Upplevelsen genomförs på vår anläggning i Malmö.
Om våra flygsimulatorer
Simulatorerna rör sig inte fysiskt, men med ett 220-graders realistiskt visuellt system kan vissa personer uppleva lätt åksjuka. Vid osäkerhet rekommenderas Kund att kontakta FlyBy för rådgivning innan bokning.
Av- och ombokningsvillkor
Privatpersoner (Pilot for a day, Aviators)
- Bokad tid kan ombokas senast 72 timmar (3 dygn) före inbokad tid.
- Vid sjukdom kan ombokning ske fram till bokningens starttid mot uppvisande av läkarintyg.
- Avbokning med återbetalning medges ej. Om Kund inte utnyttjar sin bokade tid, återbetalas inte kostnaden.
Grupper och företagsevent
- För grupper och företagsevent gäller att av- och ombokning måste ske senast 21 dagar före inbokad tid.
- Vid senare avbokning eller uteblivet deltagande debiteras fullt pris.
- Eventuella justeringar av antal deltagare ska meddelas senast 7 dagar före eventet.
Kurser i flygrädsla
För våra kurser och program mot flygrädsla gäller separata villkor som framgår vid bokning.
Presentkort
FlyBy säljer presentkort till våra upplevelser. Presentkorten kan användas via www.flyby.se för att boka tid för köpt upplevelse.
Tidsåtgång framgår på presentkortet.
Giltighetstid
Presentkort gäller i 12 månader från köptillfället. Efter giltighetstidens utgång kan presentkortet inte förlängas eller användas som betalningsmedel.
Öppet köp / Ångerrätt
FlyBy tillämpar 14 dagars öppet köp under förutsättning att upplevelsen inte har bokats eller nyttjats. Det innebär att du som privatperson har rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar och få pengarna tillbaka. Gäller ej företagsköp. Om köpet gjorts via en återförsäljare gäller deras villkor för öppet köp.
Återbetalning sker till köparen mot uppvisande av kvitto. Kortbetalningar återbetalas till samma kort. Vid fakturabetalning görs återbetalning till fakturamottagaren.
Särskilda erbjudanden
För tillfälliga kampanjer och specialerbjudanden gäller särskilda villkor som anges vid respektive erbjudande.
Tekniska problem
FlyBy förbehåller sig rätten att boka om Kundens tid om tekniska problem uppstår med simulatorn.
Force Majeure
FlyBy är befriat från ansvar om åtaganden inte kan fullföljas på grund av händelser utanför FlyBys kontroll, såsom krig, naturkatastrof, elavbrott, brand eller liknande oförutsebara händelser.

General
FlyBy AB (reg. no. 559047-1396), hereinafter referred to as FlyBy, provides flight simulators for training, education, and experiences. Private individuals and companies can experience what it’s like to fly as a pilot in our Airbus A320 simulator. The person booking or purchasing the experience is hereinafter referred to as the Customer. All experiences are conducted at our facility in Malmö, Sweden.
About Our Flight Simulators
Our simulators do not move physically, but with a 220-degree visual system, some guests may experience mild motion sickness. If unsure, please contact FlyBy before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Private individuals (Pilot for a Day, Aviators)
- Booked sessions can be rescheduled up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled time.
- In case of illness, rescheduling can be made up until the start time upon presentation of a medical certificate.
- Cancellations with refunds are not possible. Missed bookings are non-refundable.
Groups & Corporate Events
- For groups and corporate events, cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 21 days before the booked date.
- Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
- Changes to the number of participants must be notified at least 7 days before the event.
Fear of Flying Courses
Separate terms apply to all courses and programs related to fear of flying.
Gift Cards
FlyBy gift cards can be redeemed at www.flyby.se. The duration of each experience is stated on the gift card.
Validity
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired cards cannot be extended or used as payment.
Right of Withdrawal
FlyBy offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided that the experience has not yet been booked or used. Applies only to private purchases. If purchased through a reseller, their return policy applies.
Refunds are made to the original buyer upon proof of payment. Card payments are refunded to the same card; invoice payments to the invoiced party.
Special Offers
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the time of each campaign.
Technical Issues
FlyBy reserves the right to reschedule a booking in case of technical issues with the simulator.
Force Majeure
FlyBy is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as war, natural disasters, power outages, or changes in legislation.

But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
