Öppet köp / Ångerrätt
FlyBy tillämpar 14 dagars öppet köp under förutsättning att upplevelsen inte redan har nyttjats eller tid har bokats. Det innebär att du som handlat har rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar och få pengarna tillbaka. Gäller ej företagsköp.
Bokad tid
Bokad tid behöver avbokas senast 48 timmar innan starttid, annars utgår full debitering.

För köp hos en av våra återförsäljare
Har du köpt upplevelsen hos en återförsäljare gäller deras regler för öppet köp och du kontaktar då respektive återförsäljare.
Återbetalningar
Återbetalningar görs till köpande kund mot uppvisande av kvitto. Kortköpsretur återbetalas till samma kort. Vid betalning med faktura görs återbetalning till fakturamottagare. Återbetalning motsvarar belopp inbetalt enligt kvitto.
Giltighetstid
Värdebevis och presentkort har en giltighetstid på 1 år från köptillfället. För värdebevis innebär det att du har 1 år på dig att boka in din upplevelse. Om du bokar in dig under giltighetstiden kan du utföra din upplevelse även efter att utgångsdatumet passerat. För presentkort innebär det att du har 1 år på dig att välja en upplevelse (ett värdebevis) och boka den. Om du inte har bokat tid inom värdehandlingens giltighetstid anses den förbrukad. Ett presentkort/värdebevis som har passerat giltighetsdatum kan ej förlängas eller användas som betalningsmedel.
